Job summary

GreenSeason seeks a relationship-driven Account Manager to manage a portfolio of commercial and residential landscapes. You will cultivate long-term client relationships, identify needs, and recommend solutions that improve properties.

Ideal candidates enjoy people, sales, problem-solving, and the outdoors. You will earn commission on enhanced sales and work closely with operations to deliver projects end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Comfortable meeting with customers and decision-makers.
• Confident discussing and selling services.

• Organized and able to manage multiple customer relationships.
• Comfortable conducting property inspections and site walks.
• Strong at communication and follow-through.

• Experienced with Microsoft Office and/or CRM software.
• Knowledge of landscaping, irrigation, turf, trees, or related services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial and residential landscape accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and managers.
• Meet with customers, assess needs, and develop recommendations.
• Identify opportunities and sell landscape services.
• Coordinate enhancements from sale through completion with operations.
• Communicate proactively and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
