Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to be the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients in New York. You will oversee field operations, build long-term client relationships, and drive service delivery that meets quality standards.

You will identify opportunities to upsell ancillary services, develop estimates, and deliver bids. You’ll travel to sites, coach field crews, and ensure renewals and strong gross margins.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience in a customer-focused service industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, management, and leadership, preferably in landscaping or local market.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients and oversee field operations.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients as needed.
