BrightView Landscapes, LLC in Riverside, CA seeks an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients. You will build long-term relationships, pursue ancillary services, and lead field operations to deliver quality service.

The role requires strong leadership, customer service excellence, and the ability to travel between job sites. This is a full-time, field-based position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service, management, and leadership experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Generate referrals from existing client base and communicate leads to Business Developer.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across all contacts.
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs to ensure quality and service expectations.
• Lead and facilitate resolution of client concerns (land and/or snow).
• Ensure timely account renewals within the client portfolio.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to meet service expectations.
• Schedule site visits for quality reviews with the Operations Manager.
• Support hiring, training, and coaching of field crews.
• Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain branch financials with acceptable gross margins.
• Assist Branch Manager in leadership and meetings.
• Maintain CRM records and client documentation.
• Monitor accounts receivable levels.
• Coordinate with Branch Administrator on client records.
