Job summary

Lawn Management Company in Houston is seeking a Landscape Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between clients and operations. You will manage project timelines, inspect sites, and communicate progress while pursuing contract renewals and enhancements.

A base salary plus annual incentives and a company vehicle are included. You\'ll build long-term relationships, coordinate with crew leaders, monitor budgets, and resolve issues quickly to ensure client satisfaction and smooth service

Qualifications

• 2 years’ customer service experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in horticulture or related field preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record and ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between crew, customers, and company management.
• Proactively builds client relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
• Keeps customer database up to date.
• Handles requests and resolves issues promptly.
• Processes orders for materials, schedules work, and follows up with customers.
• Meets with Crew Leaders to monitor budgets and address property needs.
• Conducts routine site visits and inspections.
