Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service, account management, or leadership.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
• Associate degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for commercial client accounts.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor service quality.
• Identify opportunities for enhancement projects and develop proposals.
• Drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
• Coordinate with Operations and Branch leadership to meet service expectations.
• Monitor account renewals, financial performance, and profitability.
• Support hiring and coaching of field crews.
• Ensure safety compliance and branch policies.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and assist with reporting.
