Job summary

LandCare in Houston is seeking a high-impact Client Relationship Manager to work with the Branch Manager, Production Manager, and production teams to grow and maintain meaningful client relationships.

You will manage existing accounts, develop new business opportunities, and identify networking opportunities within the industry, while promoting LandCare's standards in service, safety, and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer satisfaction and retention by understanding clients' needs.

• Provide organizational management, leadership and communication between the client and production team.
• Maintain LandCare's Landscape Quality Audit process with the Production Manager.
