Job summary

BrightView Landscape Services seeks an Account Manager to be the primary liaison with clients, building long-term relationships and ensuring satisfaction. You will oversee field operations and supervise a Production Manager to deliver outstanding service.

You’ll drive sales by presenting site enhancements, nurturing referrals, and developing accurate estimates while maintaining healthy gross margins for the branch.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of supervisory experience in the landscape or service industry.
• An associate’s degree in a business‑related field or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 3 years of prior customer service, management, and leadership experience within an organization, the landscaping industry or local marketplace

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for clients and build long-term relationships.
• Oversee field operations and supervise the Production Manager.
• Develop site enhancement ideas and generate referrals to drive growth.
