Job summary

BrightView Landscapes Ltd. in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, building long-term relationships and driving client satisfaction, retention, and ancillary sales.

This role oversees field operations and coordinates teams to deliver high-quality service. You will identify opportunities to sell enhancement services, develop accurate estimates, and deliver timely proposals while maintaining strong client

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in customer service, management, and leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable coach.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to upsell ancillary services to existing clients.
• Develop estimates and takeoffs for new and existing projects as needed.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Maintain strong client relationships and conduct site walkthroughs.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
• Ensure account renewals and manage accounts receivable in portfolio.
