Job summary

Sperber Companies is seeking a dedicated Account Manager in California to oversee client accounts and production teams within our landscaping business. You will manage relationships, coordinate job execution, and ensure services meet or exceed client expectations.

You will lead crews, monitor safety, and drive customer satisfaction while pursuing ancillary sales opportunities and maintaining contract profitability. This full-time role reports to the Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in landscape maintenance or related field.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and expectations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and build strong relationships.
• Oversee production crews and coordinate job execution to meet client expectations.
• Maintain safety standards and monitor job quality and budgets.
