We are seeking an experienced California attorney to join a growing real estate litigation practice focused on landlord-tenant matters and unlawful detainer proceedings. This position is ideal for an attorney who is comfortable managing cases independently, advising clients on California landlord-tenant law, and handling matters from initial strategy through resolution or trial.
The attorney will work directly with property owners, landlords, property managers, and other real estate clients on a combination of unlawful detainer litigation and broader landlord-tenant disputes.
