  • Structure and negotiate complex real estate investments and financing arrangements.

We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our growing commercial real estate practice. In this role, we handle a broad range of complex transactions for business clients, investors, developers, lenders, and property owners. Requirements
  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
  • Active bar admission and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • Minimum of 7 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously
  • Commitment to exceptional client service and professional excellence
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
  • Portable business is highly desirable but not required
