Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. seeks a Land Document Project Manager to lead ROW and land documentation efforts on energy and infrastructure projects.

You will oversee end-to-end document lifecycles, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor a team of document specialists. Based in the Cedar Rapids area, the role collaborates with project managers, surveyors, engineers, and legal teams to drive standardization and on-time delivery while maintaining high quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field.
• Preference for local candidates.
• Minimum 6 years of project management experience.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for ROW and land documentation, guiding teams.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of land/ROW documentation.
• Oversee preparation/review of deeds, easements, permits and acquisition packages.
• Coordinate with the Client Representative, Director, Field Services and legal teams to report progress.
• Mentor document specialists and drive process improvements in ROW/land discipline.
