Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. is seeking a Right of Way Document Specialist to join our land management team. The role focuses on title work, database-driven document generation, and cross-project coordination with TRC’s land professionals.

You will maintain land files, ensure proper notarizations, and produce accurate reports and acquisitions documents for multiple state projects. Collaboration and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real property field preferred; related training or paralegal certification is a plus.
• Multiple years of experience as a document specialist and title document handling.
• Proficient with databases, spreadsheets and document generation.

Responsibilities

• Handle right of way documents across multiple TRC land projects.
• Maintain land files and ensure accuracy of data exports and reports.
• Generate documents per project procedures and coordinate with Land Manager.
• Support land management team with administrative tasks and reports.
• Review and file documents, notices, and releases for recording.
