Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. is seeking a Title Manager to oversee title teams across the US. The role involves managing document workflows, land descriptions, and conveyance documents, with travel to project sites as needed.

The position requires knowledge of land records, experience managing title on complex projects, and ability to lead on-site and remote teams in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree and multi-state project experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Management, or a related field.
• 5-7 years related experience with a minimum of 3-5 years as manager.
• Previous experience managing title on a linear project required.
• Previous Title Manager work experience is preferred.
• Exceptional database, spreadsheet, and document generation experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with Client Representative and Director, Field Services to report Land progress and issues.
• Create and manage project budgets; reforecast monthly.
• Oversee portfolio of projects and ensure timelines.
• Utilize TRC and client technology to manage projects.
• Provide guidance to project land staff and ensure commitments are met.
• Travel up to 75% of the time as required by project needs.
