Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real property related field preferred.
• Completed training by an authorized real estate company or equivalent training is a plus.
• Experience with right of way procedures and land acquisition processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage right of way documents and land files across multiple projects.
• Ensure accuracy of land records, payments for easements, and reports.
• Generate and review land acquisition packages and related documents.
• Input and verify data in the land database and export reports.
• Collaborate with land management team and project personnel to ensure compliance.
