Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. is seeking a Land Document Project Manager to lead ROW and land documentation efforts in a dynamic consulting environment.

You will oversee the full lifecycle of land documentation, including intake, tracking, preparation, review, and delivery, while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. The role collaborates with project managers, surveyors, engineers, legal teams, and clients, and emphasizes mentoring junior staff and process improvement across ROW/land activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Must have at least 6 years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for ROW and land documentation processes, providing guidance to project teams.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of land and ROW documentation, including intake, tracking, preparation, review, and delivery.
• Oversee preparation and review of complex land documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate with Client Representative and Director, Field Services to report progress and resolve issues.
• Mentor and develop document specialists and drive continuous improvement in workflows and standards.
