Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. is seeking a ROW/Land - Project Manager for a long-term Electric Transmission Project in the United States. The role leads field operations, manages budgets, and oversees land-related activities across projects nationwide.

You will mentor teams, interact with diverse stakeholders, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering high-quality land services and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, management, or related field.
• 7–10 years related experience with 3–5 years in senior management.
• Experience writing/responding to proposals with project and land budgets.
• Experience in linear project management (pipeline, electric transmission).
• Strong leadership, time management, teamwork and problem solving.
• Ability to develop and implement workflow processes.
• Mentor and develop a project team.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations and manage relationships, budgets, and projects nationwide.
• Provide leadership aligned with TRC core values and engage diverse stakeholders.
• Oversee development of business requirements, objectives, and specifications.
• Create project plans and provide estimates for iterations.
• Manage a portfolio of projects and client relationships.
• Ensure consistent land services practices and regulatory compliance.
• Develop mitigation plans and deliver expert testimony as needed.
• Prepare budgets, schedules, and client deliverables; report profitability.
• Mentor project teams across all phases of projects.
• Participate in industry/regulatory forums and sales meetings as technical expert.
