Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a full-time Analyst, Land Operations in Miami to manage hotel and transfer pricing, optimize inventory, and use market data to drive profitability. You will monitor reservations, forecast hotel inventory, and collaborate with revenue management on pricing decisions and promotions.

The role requires data-driven analysis, strong communication, and a proactive approach to yield management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

BSc/BA or equivalent professional experience in Travel, Tourism and Hospitality.
Minimum 1 year in the cruise/travel industry, hotel industry, travel agency.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft products, Excel mastering, BI reports and other data visualization tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with team members at all levels.
Attention to detail and accuracy in analyzing large data sets.

Responsibilities

Establish hotel and transfer launch pricing and yield management based on inventory.
Monitor hotel and transfer inventory in the reservations system and adjust pricing as needed.
Analyze results by area, port, and hotel; provide inventory forecasts for sourcing.
Drive revenue and promotional strategies; participate in strategic discussions.
Support cruise and hotel promotional strategies and review product descriptions.
Review FX rates and monitor impact on pricing.
Maintain knowledge of all aspects of hotel products and policies.
