Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is hiring a Senior Analyst, Revenue Planning in Miami, onsite. You will forecast revenues and customer deposits, prepare analyses for earnings calls, and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership and CFO.

You will lead complex forecast processes, develop dashboards, and collaborate with Treasury, Corporate Planning, and RM teams to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• 3+ years analytical experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with revenue management concepts.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and present insights.
• Excellent presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Forecast cruise revenues and cashflows for multiple brands.
• Prepare weekly updates on risk/opportunity to CFO.
• Develop and maintain monthly Customer Deposit forecast.
• Prepare analyses and presentations for earnings calls and leadership.
• Collaborate with RM Development, Systems, and Data Visualization teams to improve tools.
