Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in Miami, FL is seeking a Senior Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis reporting to the Lead, Finance Onboard Revenue. The role supports hotel operations and onboard revenue with planning, forecasting, reporting and business analysis.

You will develop forecasting models, maintain real-time reports, ensure cost controls under Sarbanes-Oxley, and collaborate with IT/BI to optimize data pipelines; requires strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or Accounting; MBA preferred.
• 3 years financial analysis and/or accounting experience.
• Experience with financial software and analytical tools.
• Ability to integrate into Royal Caribbean shoreside and shipboard culture.
• Proficient in data-driven modeling and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and planning responsibilities for hotel operations and onboard revenue.
• Develop operating plans, schedules, and financial models.
• Prepare and present hotel financials with variance analysis.
• Maintain cost controls in line with SOX and company policies.
• Collaborate with IT/BI to build data pipelines and dashboards.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting.
