Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in Miami, FL is seeking a Senior Analyst, Deployment and Forecasting to join our Revenue Management and Analytics team. You will analyze deployment strategies, forecast net ticket revenue, and collaborate with multiple brand teams to optimize ship deployments.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Automation & Analytics, the role focuses on data-driven decision making, presenting insights to leadership, and developing tools to support the product team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required, and MBA preferred; 2 to 4 years of business analytics experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Brio Intelligence/Hyperion Studio, Oracle SQL, PowerBI, Word, and PowerPoint required and ability to manipulate data essential
• Strong presentation and communication skills for senior executives
• Experience in itinerary planning, forecasting or revenue management is highly desired
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments with strong analytical thinking
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Support long term deployment strategic initiatives and monitor market trends
• Quantify impact of revenue initiatives using post-cruise guest satisfaction data
• Perform revenue, cost and deployment analyses to inform decisions
• Prepare senior executive level presentations with deployment insights
• Collaborate across brand inputs to produce impartial deployment recommendations
• Produce monthly net ticket revenue forecasts from historical trends
• Present findings to leadership and develop tools for the revenue management product team
