Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Senior Analyst, Deployment and Forecasting to join our onsite team in Miami, FL. This full-time role supports Revenue Management strategy across our brands, using data to optimize ship deployments and forecast net revenue.

You will collaborate across departments, prepare executive-level insights, and develop tools to guide the Revenue Management product team. Strong analytics and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA preferred.
2–4 years of business analytics experience.
Ability to develop clear, concise presentations.
Itinerary planning, Forecasting and/or Revenue Management experience desired.
Proactive and collaborative approach.
Proficiency in Excel, Brio Intelligence/Hyperion Studio, Oracle SQL, PowerBI, Word, and PowerPoint; ability to manipulate data.

Responsibilities

Support long-term deployment strategic initiatives.
Monitor macro and micro-economic trends to adjust strategy based on results.
Quantify impact of revenue initiatives using post-cruise guest satisfaction data.
Perform revenue, costs, deployment and operational analyses to inform deployment decisions.
Collaborate with Deployment team for senior executive presentations.
Work across departments to incorporate diverse perspectives into deployment analysis.
Produce a net ticket forecast monthly based on trends.
Present findings to leadership highlighting opportunities at ship and product level.
Create and refine tools and best practices for Revenue Management.
