Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Senior Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis, to support Hotel Operations and Onboard Revenue shipboard and shoreside. The role reports to the Lead, Finance Onboard Revenue and is based onsite in Miami, FL.

The position focuses on forecasting, planning, and financial analysis, leveraging AI-driven models to optimize revenue and costs, and ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance and/or accounting.
• 3 years of financial analysis and/or accounting experience.
• Experience with financial systems (JD Edwards, Hyperion, Essbase) and Excel.
• Ability to integrate into Royal Caribbean shoreside and shipboard culture.
• Proactive management of hotel expenses and onboard revenue controls.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and planning responsibilities for operating plans and forecasts.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models (time series, regression, segmentation).
• Create timely management reports and ad-hoc analyses for Hotel Operations and Onboard Revenue.
• Prepare variance analyses of monthly results for senior management.
• Ensure cost controls comply with Sarbanes-Oxley and internal policies.
• Support vendor evaluations and invoice processing as needed.
• Assist development of annual operating plans and budgets for hotel and onboard revenue.
