Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Land Development Manager to oversee the Division's land development program, directing activities such as roadway construction, utilities installation, earthwork, landscape, and public utility coordination. You will work with Area Construction Managers and the Director of Construction to deliver ready-to-build sites, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with permits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in land development.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in construction management or engineering.
• Strong project coordination and budget awareness required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new land development projects on time using schedules and permits.
• Collaborate with Area Construction Managers and Director of Construction.
• Assist in creating development budgets during entitlement and value engineering.
• Develop relationships with jurisdictional entities while maintaining land use rights.
• Oversee field operations including erosion control, grading, utilities, paving, and landscaping.
• Manage HOA activities, bond maintenance, and guaranty retrieval.
• Coordinate amenity/recreation centers and marketing windows.
• Ensure SWPPP compliance and review project budgets with leadership.
