Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Land Development Manager to lead the Division’s land development program, directing roadway construction, water and sewer installation, earthwork, landscape and utilities while coordinating with Construction leadership to deliver ready-to-build sites.

The role requires a strong background in budgets, permits, SWPPP and working with jurisdictional entities to safeguard land use rights and project timelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or similar program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time using schedules, budgets, permits and plans.
• Coordinate with Area Construction Managers to deliver ready-to-build home sites.
• Develop development budgets and value-engineer project designs.
• Manage land development field operations including erosion control, utilities, paving, landscaping and post-construction as-builts.
• Oversee HOA activities, bond maintenance and compliance letters.
• Work with departments to enable amenities and marketing windows.
