Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Land Development Manager to lead the division’s land development program, directing roadway, utilities, earthwork, landscape, and compliance work to deliver ready-to-build home sites.

You will partner with Area Construction Managers and the Director of Construction, develop development budgets, manage permits, and oversee field operations including erosion control, utilities, and HOA management. This role requires a strong project-execution mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in land development.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or similar preferred.
• Strong computer literacy with word processing, spreadsheets and scheduling software.
• Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time using construction schedules, budgets, plans and permit compliance.
• Work with Area Construction Managers to deliver ready-to-build home sites.
• Assist in development budgets during entitlement and value-engineer design aspects.
• Develop relationships with jurisdictional entities for development rights.
• Oversee field operations from permit to community turnover including erosion control and utilities.
• Manage HOA activities, budgets and common area improvements.
• Ensure SWPPP compliance and ongoing project budget reconciliation.
