Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Land Development Manager to lead the division’s land development program, directing roadway construction, utilities, earthwork, landscaping, and public utility coordination. The role requires oversight from permit approvals through turnover, with close collaboration with Area Construction Managers and the Director of Construction.

Qualifications include a high school diploma with a preferred bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering, and at least five years

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time using schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with Area Construction Managers and Director of Construction.
• Assist in budget creation during entitlement and value-engineering processes.
• Develop relationships with jurisdictional entities for land use rights.
• Oversee permits, construction, and final certifications.
• Manage field operations for land development including utilities, paving, landscaping, and amenities.
• Oversee HOA activities, budget analyses, and improvements to common spaces.
• Manage bond maintenance and guaranty retrieval.
• Collaborate with departments to deliver amenities and marketing windows.
• Ensure SWPPP compliance and budget reconciliation.
