Job summary

Bohler's Towson, MD office is seeking a Civil Engineering Intern (Land Development) for Summer 2027 to gain hands-on experience in real-world site design projects. You will work with engineers and project managers to learn the complete site development process from concept to construction, using AutoCAD Civil 3D on active projects.

Enrollment in Civil/Environmental/Biosystems Engineering is required, with strong communication and a self-starting attitude.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Civil, Environmental, Biosystems Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and permitting of commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed-use developments.
• Assist with site design tasks using AutoCAD Civil 3D under supervision.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to move projects forward.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute design ideas.
