Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Land Analyst in Crown Point, IN to support the Land Acquisition team. You will lead financial analyses for quarterly and annual plans, build proformas, and analyze acquisitions to drive value and ensure timely project completion.

You will collaborate with management to develop budgets, maintain market data, and prepare documentation for corporate approvals, while leveraging strong Excel and mapping skills to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in Business, Economics, Real Estate, Finance, or similar discipline.
• 3-5 years of related experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of real estate and residential land use.
• Local real estate knowledge extremely beneficial.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; working knowledge of mapping applications required.
• Detail oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis for quarterly and annual division business plans.
• Prepare gross revenues, profit margins, cash flow forecasts, and break-even analyses.
• Assist in feasibility analyses for acquisitions and prepare underwriting proformas.
• Perform pricing analyses and formulate deal points for dispositions.
• Maintain a computerized financial proforma model for planning and analysis.
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance to ensure adherence to financial strategies.
• Maintain market analysis databases and collate competitive pricing and features.
• Prepare budgets and administer vendor contracts and invoices.
