Job summary

Linklaters Americas is seeking a Business Development professional to drive growth for the LAI practice. You will collaborate on BD plan development, integrate lateral partner BD efforts with the BD Senior Manager, and ensure local LAI strategies align with the firm’s global growth objectives.

You will build a strong network across global BD teams and leverage shared resources to create compelling LAI-led campaigns and data-driven insights to support win strategies and market submissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in BD within legal services, preferably LAI or similar areas.
• Ability to develop and implement BD strategies aligned with objectives.
• Track record of growth opportunities in professional services.
• Experience across global teams and driving interconnectivity between offices.
• Experience providing strategic input for pitches and panel submissions.

Responsibilities

• Drive BD growth for LAI practice by supporting plan development and implementation.
• Coordinate lateral partner BD integration with the BD Senior Manager.
• Ensure LAI and client targeting align with global growth objectives.
• Build a global BD network to connect local offices with the firm-wide strategy.
• Leverage global resources and tools to maximize BD impact.
• Provide input on win strategies and market-leading pitches for LAI.
• Coordinate inputs to legal directories and awards submissions.
• Maintain and enhance marketing collateral and pitch materials.
• Develop LAI-led go-to-market campaigns engaging target clients.
• Utilize data-driven insights for horizon scanning and pipeline management.
• Analyze market data, client feedback, and trends to inform LAI BD strategies.
• Leverage technology and data infrastructure for proactive LAI insights.
