Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant business development experience and related analytical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience working within litigation practice areas at a law firm.

Responsibilities

• Stay abreast of developments and trends at the intersection of litigation and technology, and remain informed of all major new clients and matters.
• Provide research, analysis, and reporting to support identification and development of new clients and enhancement of existing client relationships.
• Support the practice groups in routine analysis and reporting of practice and industry competition, market trends, internal financial information, business opportunities, and pitch activity in efforts to develop and implement internal and external strategies both globally and by region.
• Collaborate with lawyers, BD, and public relations teams on speaking opportunities, webinars, and other visibility initiatives.
• Disseminate relevant sector, market, and client trends internally.
• Protect and maintain highly sensitive, confidential, privileged information.
