Job summary

CompuGroup Medical, Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Manager, Laboratory to grow our LIS and RCM solutions across Independent Laboratories and Physician Office Laboratories.

The role requires up to 40% travel within the United States and involves on-site and remote product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing deals. You will maintain sales data in SAP CRM, develop pipelines, and deliver tailored solutions based on client objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or life sciences or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of outside sales in laboratory capital equipment, LIS, or healthcare capital solutions.
• Deep expertise in healthcare software, lab equipment, and consumables.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Responsibilities

• Sell LIS and RCM solutions to Independent Laboratories and POLs.
• Travel up to 40% within the territory to meet clients and support business development.
• Develop sales reports and maintain SAP CRM data for informed decision making.
• Drive pipeline, manage full sales cycle from discovery to closing.
