Cardinal Health is seeking a Sales Consultant, Laboratory Products & Distribution to drive growth of the Cardinal Health Brand across New Jersey labs. This role focuses on delivering a broad portfolio of solutions tailored to hospital and independent labs, while building lasting relationships with current and new accounts.

The position emphasizes leading territory management, contract negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration with national accounts, GPOs, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Previous successful sales in distribution or healthcare preferred, lab experience beneficial.
• Lives within the managed territory.
• Experience with Microsoft applications and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Understanding of the sales process in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Ability to travel 4–6 overnights per month.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large territory to increase account penetration and customer satisfaction in the lab space.
• Drive new business and growth across lab products and distribution services.
• Collaborate with national accounts, GPO, and vendors to achieve results.
• Lead territory management including account planning and selling processes.
