Responsibilities

• Oversee daily laboratory operations across core labs and ancillary services.
• Ensure service quality, turnaround times, and productivity goals.
• Develop staffing models and SOPs aligned with organizational needs.
• Lead quality, regulatory compliance, and accreditation readiness.
• Guide strategic initiatives and expand laboratory services.
• Partner with clinicians and executive leadership on system-wide goals.
