Parexel is seeking a Scientist 3 – Laboratory and Instrumentation Coordinator to join as a full-time Parexel FSP employee on a long-term assignment onsite at a client site in Rahway, NJ. You will manage lab operations, coordinate equipment maintenance, and ensure safe, efficient lab performance across multiple labs.

The ideal candidate has a B.S. in life sciences or engineering and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology or engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant laboratory experience for Scientist 3.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Lead laboratory operations across multiple labs; oversee daily activities and safety practices.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance, calibration, and scheduling with technicians.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and storage facilities; ensure samples are ready for testing.
