• Graduate education or combined education/experience may qualify for higher grades.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing across chemistry, hematology, microbiology, urinalysis, immunology, serology, and blood banking.
• Evaluate test results and troubleshoot to ensure accuracy.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation and quality control procedures.
• Collect and process patient specimens and document accessioning in LIS.
• Support quality assurance and accreditation activities per CAP/CLIA requirements.
