The position requires 5+ years in clinical labs, a Bachelor's in a related field, and leadership experience, with CLIA requirements and strong data interpretation skills. Full-time on-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a chemical, biological, clinical or medical laboratory science or medical technology.
• 5+ years of clinical laboratory experience required.
• 1+ year of leadership experience required.
• CLIA equivalency may be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsabilidades

• Follows safety policies and uses PPE as required.
• Responsible for laboratory budgeting, metrics, quality initiatives and productivity.
• Oversees staff scheduling and staffing to align with workload.
• Ensures compliance with accrediting body standards and regulatory requirements.
• Leads quality control, data collection, and special projects.
