Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in leading laboratory teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate changes or develop new policies, procedures and/or methods.
• Perform test experiment procedures relating to laboratory activities.
• Indirect budgetary responsibility; may prepare budget for approval and monitor expenditures.
• Evaluate quality assurance standards and ensure reliable test results and proper instrument use.
• Develop and modify methodologies and protocols; interpret and evaluate research.
