Qualifications

• Technical skills and aptitudes related to laboratory testing, procedures, and processes.
• Ability to follow Corporate Compliance Plan and regulations; protect patient confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to varying priorities.
• Ability to educate and train new staff in medical laboratory settings.
• Strong communication in English with patients, staff, and customers.

Responsabilités

• Follows safety policies including PPE and hazardous waste handling.
• Participates in performance improvement activities.
• Evaluates new laboratory techniques and assists with data collection.
• Maintains equipment and spaces through cleaning and disinfection.
• Performs pre-analytical activities including specimen collection and inventory control.
• Conducts post-analytical activities including reporting results.
