You will liaise with vendors, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation and timely completion of service activities.

The role emphasizes strong communication, document handling, and use of maintenance management systems.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in vendor coordination or facilities coordination.
• Experience using work order systems (SAP, Maximo, Corrigo) or similar.
• Basic knowledge of cGMP or regulated facility environments is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Escort external vendors to assigned laboratories and ensure safety.
• Coordinate visits with stakeholders (vendors, end users, Planning & Scheduling, Instrumentation).
• Collaborate with owners, Planning & Scheduling, and Metrology for instrument logistics.
• Ensure receipt and review of documents from vendors (maintenance/service reports, quotes).
• Communicate with vendors, Procurement, and Finance to resolve issues.
• Document activities in the maintenance management system (e.g., SAP).
