Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, business or related field; 5+ years of professional experience in labor relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of labor relations within the organization.
• Develop and implement strategies to foster positive labor-management relationships.
• Negotiate and administer collective bargaining agreements.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations; handle employee grievances and disputes.
• Analyze labor metrics and trends to inform labor relations strategies and organizational effectiveness.
