You will source, screen, interview, and present candidates, partnering with hiring managers to fill open positions while ensuring compliance and confidentiality. Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor's degree and experience in recruitment.
• Must have at least one year experience with a talent management tracking system.
• Excellent professional communication skills (verbal and written).
• Basic knowledge of talent acquisition legal requirements.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain high level of confidentiality; must sign confidentiality agreement.
• Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail, and strong ability to multi-task.
• Must be able to work without supervision and demonstrate considerable initiative.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment for open positions, including sourcing, interviewing and offering applicants.
• Partner with hiring managers to recruit and hire for open roles.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, recordkeeping and confidentiality standards.
• Meet hiring goals for the department and manage candidate communication.
