The internship offers exposure to HR projects, mentorship, and leadership development within a Fortune Global 500 environment. Responsibilities include researching workforce data, developing recommendations for labor relations and HR improvements, and collaborating with leaders across HR and labor relations.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a graduate program or anticipated graduation date by December 2027 with coursework in Industrial and Labor Relations, Employment Relations, Employment Law, Organizational Behavior, Labor Economics or related field.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S. or eligible to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities

• Conducts research and analyzes workforce data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Develops recommendations to address real-world labor and employee relations needs.
• Applies established procedures while building knowledge of labor relations practices.
• Builds collaborative relationships with HR, operations, and labor relations partners to support project responsibilities.
• Participates in training and development opportunities to strengthen knowledge of labor relations, HR practices, and the business.
