Job summary

UPS is seeking a Supervisor for the Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) in Atlanta. This rotational program provides exposure to high-impact HR projects across analytics, design, and operations.

You will analyze HR metrics, support organizational design, and champion automation and AI initiatives. Ideal candidates hold a recent Master's in Business/HR and have 0–3 years of HR experience, willing to relocate to Atlanta.

Qualifications

Master's degree completed within the past two years; preferred fields include Business, HR, Organizational Design, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or Business Analytics
0-3 years of HR experience (internships or HR assistant roles)
Must be located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate
Must be willing and able to report to the UPS Corporate Office in Atlanta daily

Manages complex employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality
Collaborates cross-functionally to support change management and organizational development initiatives
Applies problem-solving to drive clarity and decisions in complex situations
