Job summary

LHH seeks a senior Labor & Employment attorney for its New York office to advise venture-backed clients and executives on day-to-day employment matters, restrictive covenants, separations, and workplace issues, while also handling disputes in state and federal courts and through arbitrations.

The ideal candidate has substantial experience drafting employment-related agreements, managing employment litigation through all phases, and familiarity with New York and California employment law.

LHH is assisting a leading boutique firm on a senior Labor & Employment opening in its New York office. The firm is seeking an experienced attorney with a strong mix of employment counseling and litigation experience. The role involves advising venture-backed companies and executives on day-to-day employment matters, restrictive covenants, separations, and other workplace issues, while also handling employment disputes in state and federal courts, arbitrations, mediations, and agency proceedings.

Candidates should have substantial experience advising clients on employment law issues, drafting employment-related agreements and other substantive documents, handling separation negotiations, and managing employment litigation through all stages. Experience with New York and California employment laws is particularly valuable.
