LHH seeks a senior Labor & Employment attorney for its New York office to advise venture-backed clients and executives on day-to-day employment matters, restrictive covenants, separations, and workplace issues, while also handling disputes in state and federal courts and through arbitrations.

The ideal candidate has substantial experience drafting employment-related agreements, managing employment litigation through all phases, and familiarity with New York and California employment law.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience advising clients on employment law issues.
• Experience handling employment litigation through all stages.
• Ability to draft employment-related agreements and other substantive documents.
