Our team is working with a midsize law firm, currently looking for a litigation attorney who focuses on employment law.

• Ideal for someone with at least two years of experience practicing employment litigation at a law firm
• Experience should include exposure to employment discrimination, retaliation claims, restrictive covenants, internal investigations, traditional labor laws (collective bargaining negotiations)
• This is not a good fit for a litigator who does not have exposure to employment law issues
• This is a great role for someone who is looking for direct client-interaction representing employers in both litigation defense and counseling for a diverse base of middle-market clients
• This role will allow the attorney to have the opportunity to have significant courtroom exposure and direct partner engagement

• Must be admitted in New York
• 1700 billable hours for a competitive salary (as well as multiple bonuses)
