Job summary

Jobot in Georgia is seeking an Employment Attorney to advise and represent cities, counties, and public authorities on employment law matters, including discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and related litigation.

You will handle matters from initial counsel through administrative proceedings and work with government clients on policy development, employment practices, and compliance; hybrid schedule after 90 days with two remote days per week.

Qualifications

• 2 to 7 years of employment law experience.
• Active and good standing Georgia bar license required.
• Strong academic background and written communication skills.
• Stable work history preferred.
• Local government law experience is a plus but not required.
