Job summary

LeoForce is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney in Georgia to advise and represent local government entities on employment law matters, including discrimination and wrongful termination, through litigation and administrative processes.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with a balance of office and remote work, a generous salary range ($135,000–$200,000 per year), and a suite of benefits in a boutique firm environment serving cities, counties, and authorities across the state.

Qualifications

• 2 to 7 years of employment law experience.
• Active and good standing Georgia bar license required.
• Strong academic background and written communication skills.
• Stable work history preferred.
• Local government law experience a plus but not required.

• Advise and represent local government entities on employment law matters including discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and related litigation
• Handle matters from initial counsel through administrative proceedings and litigation as needed
• Support government clients on policy development, employment practices, and compliance with state and federal employment law
• Work alongside experienced government law attorneys on complex matters governed by local, state, and federal law
• Serve a recession-resistant client base with consistent workflow across economic cycles
