Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney to join our mid-sized Georgia team. You will advise and represent local government entities on employment law matters, including discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage and hour issues, from initial counsel through litigation.

The role offers a hybrid schedule in Cumming, GA, with 1,920 billable hours and unlimited PTO. Competitive salary range of $135,000 to $200,000, 100% employer-paid health insurance, and a 401(k) with firm

Qualifications

• 2–7 years of employment law experience.
• Active and good standing Georgia bar license required.
• Strong academic background and written communication skills.
• Local government law experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise and represent local government entities on employment law matters including discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and related litigation.
• Handle matters from initial counsel through administrative proceedings and litigation as needed.
• Support government clients on policy development, employment practices, and compliance with state and federal employment law.
• Work alongside experienced government law attorneys on complex matters governed by local, state, and federal law.
• Serve a recession-resistant client base with consistent workflow across economic cycles.
